Betts vs SGE Management, Stream Energy and Ignite

October 29, 2009 lawsuit filed by Perry Betts against SGE Management aka Stream Energy aka Ignite.

In a nutshell, the Plaintiff claims the Defendant violated the RICO act by operating a pyramid scheme.
